Programa especialmente diseñado para profesores de infantil, primaria, secundaria, educación especial, vocacional ( 16-18 años ). Profesores de idiomas o de asignaturas como Matematicas, Ciencias etc. Una oportunidad única para profesores que necesitan desarrollar CLILL en sus aulas.
Se combina 1 semana de curso preparatorio con 2, 3, 4 o 5 semanas de "shadowing" donde el profesor podrá tener la experiencia de estar como adjunto u observador en un colegio Británico junto al profesor tutor del curso.

TRAINING DESCRIPTION
All applicants receive full course information together with an Enrolment form and Needs Analysis. The organisation issues a Letter of Pre-inscription for Comenius application purposes.
Teh organitation chooses a Uk host school to "match" the Needs Analysis as closely as possible. The host school then issues a Letter of invitation which is sent to the applicant.
All succesfull applicants are invited to join a pre-course on line-forum. This enables them to prepare for their course with other European colleagues following courses on the same dates, sharing their professional experiences of their training.
Objetives
The course is aimed at providing non-native speakers of English with insights into their own and colleague´s teaching practice in a pan-European cntext by means of one to five week´s practical attachment in an appropiate UK school, preceded by one-week course of linguistic and cultural preparation.
Methodology
1 Week: Preparatory Linguistic/cultural Course: Interactive English language (classroom) sessions, combining a range of input modes from workshop to seminar, encouraging participants to bring their own research and experience to bear. Special Session involving linguistic and cultural support for the school attachment.
1-5 weeks: School Attachment : ( 5 full days per week, excluding bank holidays ) - guided observations, shadowing the Host teacher, directed tasks, team teaching and assignments
Follow-Up
1.Advice on how to access, from the teacher´s own country, changes and developments in teaching in England.
2. A post-attachment feedback session to encourage continuing professional development and evaluation of the impact of the course on their own day-to-.day teaching.
3.- All leaving participants are invited to join a post-course on-line forum. This enables them to share experience with other European colleagues and to assess the impact of their training on their own classroom practice once back in their own country
