Silc is a training course for English Language Teachers in secondary schools. They should have an interest in learning about Irland Irish Literature and culture and integrating this into their classrooms. They should also be open to using authentic materials, computers and internet in their classrooms. Participants should have a B2 level of English. A basic working knowledge of computers is recommended for this course. The main objetives of this course are:
* To expose participants to using authentic materials in the classroom
* To integrate authentic materials ¬ computers in ELT
* To raise awareness of Irland and Irish culture and how this can be implemented to increase and enhance Engilsh Language acquisition.
